Who we are

What we collect

When you submit an RFQ we collect the fields you fill in: your name, company name, work email, target market or country, product interest, annual purchase quantity, project type, preferred model, your message, and your preferred contact channel.

Alongside the form we record basic submission context: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign (UTM) parameters if you arrived through a tagged link, and the site language. Your RFQ is only sent after you tick the consent box.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry: model recommendations, certification paths, packaging options, quotations, and follow-up on the conversation you started. We do not use RFQ data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Where it goes and how long it stays

Your submission is delivered by email through Brevo (our email delivery provider) to our inquiry mailbox, and a confirmation copy is sent to the address you provided. This website keeps no customer database; your data lives in our business mailbox as correspondence and is kept for as long as the inquiry or business relationship stays relevant.

Within the group, your inquiry may be shared with the manufacturing entity involved in quoting your project — Guangzhou Aimei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd for medical-line inquiries. It is not shared with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies today. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that counts page views without building personal profiles — and this page will be updated first.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the data you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the RFQ form or reply to any email from us, and we will handle it.
