No MOQ floor on customization
Customization itself has no minimum order: pay the per-order fee and a single order qualifies. Small buyers can start branded without committing to volume, and the fee tiers above disappear once your quantities reach the free threshold.
Customizing the registered medical builds
The NMPA registration covers a specific package, not just the pump — so on the medical builds of DQ22, DQ30 and DQ58 the following are frozen:
- Colour box dimensions
- IFU / user manual (customer information may only be added)
- Outer carton dimensions
- Primary product materials
Product colour, accessories and box artwork remain customizable, provided the medically required content is retained.
